 FAST Forward connects communities with disability resources and promotes simple steps that strengthen accessibility. 

Amy Tisdale is a stroke survivor, disability advocate, author, and speaker who founded FAST Forward out of her own experience navigating life and recovery after stroke. Her mission is simple: use what she has lived through to help make the path better for the person who comes next.
